(Terms & Conditions for 77Eleven – Digital Services & Products)
Effective Upon Payment – Legally Binding

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making any payment to 77Eleven (hereinafter "the Provider"), you, the customer (hereinafter "the Client"), confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms of Service. The agreement becomes effective at the moment of payment and is legally binding under applicable German and EU law.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This is due to the nature of our services and products, which require immediate allocation of resources, technical effort, and time investment from our team. The Client acknowledges and accepts this by proceeding with the transaction.

Clients are strongly advised to review all details carefully and ensure they truly intend to make the purchase before sending payment.

3. Service Timeframes

Our service delivery window ranges from 2 to 12 hours, depending on the complexity of the task (especially for FiveM server-related services). Although many orders are completed within approximately 2 hours, delays may occur due to technical difficulty, queue volume, or server-specific issues.

No guarantees are made for exact delivery times. The Client accepts this as part of the service nature.

4. Product Compatibility Disclaimer

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that their system (PC or other) meets the technical requirements for our software or digital products.

Compatibility information is available in our communication channels and documentation. The Provider is not liable for incompatibility issues arising from the Client’s failure to review the requirements prior to purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be granted in such cases.

5. Intellectual Property & Resale Prohibition

All services, software, and products offered by 77Eleven are intellectual property of the Provider and/or its development partners. This includes but is not limited to: source code, scripts, software keys, tools, server setups, and digital assets.

The resale, redistribution, or sharing of any product or service, including digital keys or software files, without explicit written permission from 77Eleven, is strictly prohibited.

Violations will lead to:

Permanent account suspension

Ban from all current and future 77Eleven services and partner platforms

Legal action under applicable German and EU copyright and commercial laws

6. Abuse, Exploits & Misconduct

The following behavior will result in immediate termination of services and permanent exclusion from all services, platforms, and partner offerings, without the right to a refund:

Attempting to exploit or manipulate our software, systems, or digital services in any way (e.g., bugs, exploits, reverse engineering)

Verbal abuse, threats, harassment, or spam directed at 77Eleven team members or partners

Repeated or aggressive begging for discounts or attempting to coerce our staff

Any form of fraudulent behavior or misrepresentation

In all such cases, the decision to terminate service lies solely with the responsible 77Eleven team member, based on justifiable grounds. The Client has no right to continuation of service or financial compensation in such cases.

7. Legal Framework

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, in accordance with EU consumer protection and digital goods legislation.

Place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes is Germany, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.

In cases of severe violation (e.g., illegal resale, exploitation, threats), criminal charges may be filed, and civil claims pursued to the full extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

77Eleven reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is the responsibility of the Client to stay informed via our official communication channels. Continued use of our products and services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not proceed with payment.

By sending payment, you acknowledge and agree to all clauses stated above, including waiver of refund rights, liability exclusions, and behavioral standards.
